7Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is a direct sequel to the original Xenoblade Chronicles, released on the Nintendo Wii. This sequel was developed by MonolithSoft and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. The game's world revolves around the existence of Drivers - warriors who are able to command entities known as Blades, creatures who are weaponized for war.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 impressions upon Try Play viewers a sense that there's a little known understanding involved with the citizens of Alrest and the potential almighty beings from Elysium. This is obvious in the video when Rex, the main character, talks about how wars would simply end had the existence of liveable land - which is currently only possible through habitation on the surface of living beings called Titans - be a permanent one. This legend fuels Rex's belief of pushing forward past his challenges, as he is enveloped in the middle of a war that he knows little about.
This Try Play focuses on the opening scenes of the game up until the discovery of a mysterious relic sunk deep in the sea. We see Rex's relationship with his Gramps and several characters develop, but we're left with an exciting part of the game yet to have begun. It's a great way to see how the game handles story and plot and, thus far, there's not much to complain about!
