Lets bake some cookies! Homemade cookies are pretty easy and way better than store bought. We are making banana cookies (recipe is approximate).

8 tbsp. (1 stick) butter
1 cup sugar

Cream the above ingredients together well. Smash 1 banana into the sugar and butter, and then add the rest of the ingredients

1 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt

Preheat oven to 350F (177 degrees C). Place teaspoon-sized balls on baking sheet (non-stick or greased conventional), spaced 2-3 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for about 9 minutes.
