Thankfully, enforcement is kind of lax out at the orbit of Duna. Will poor Sidfrod Kerman be steered into the heart of the Sun or thrown out into deep space? Or will Sidfrod, despite having less than 800 units of fuel at Duna liftoff and despite his pilot's less than optimal blood chemistry, nevertheless make it back to Kerbin safe and happy?
