11Today’s review is all about Alter’s Baltimore from Azur lane (Deluxe) in all her cyberpunk and super heroic glory! The determined eyes, the coat flowing in the wind and the hand stretched out towards a better tomorrow, this figure is done with the classic Alter level of quality!
But like any true, good hero, she isn’t without her flaws and hopefully my review today can help you decide which side of the fence you’re on in adding her to your collection or not.
