As Batman brings Joker into the Asylum, Croc is seen being escorted back to his cell in the sewers below the facility. As he comes out of the elevator, Croc turns, sniffing the air. He locks eyes with Batman and says, “I’ve got your scent, Batman. I will hunt you down.” The guards activate Croc’s shock collar to stun him, to which he replies, “A toy collar won’t stop me from killing you, Batman.” However, this is the one thing that does save Batman later on. Croc shows up again and taunts Batman when he enters the underground area near the sewer entrance, leading to one of the best fights in the entire Batman: Arkham series.
