The lines at the top are gliding codes. Since Azrael can't grapple outside challenge maps, you need to glide quickly from place to place from a ledge. You can also add this line to the code if you want to disable gliding completely:

Sadly, it doesn't work with any other character. I'll be honest, though, I didn't even know he worked with Red Hood...
3) Enter the game. Go to Alfred's showcase and press your mesh-swap key.
4) Enter the game and mash the key as it loads.
