so in Arkham Knight (and probably the other games) there exists a command in the Bminput file to enable a slow motion effect during combat that i did not know about. with this and an overpowered mod i put together with some other console commands found on this site, you can literally become a combat god in this game!

the line of code in the Bminput.ini is
Bindings=(Name="Tilde", Command="ToggleLowSpeed | OnRelease ToggleLowSpeed")

and the Overpowered Config i use can be downloaded here
