Batman: Arkham Knight - Professor Pyg boss fight (New game plus)

This video features the final step of The perfect crime side quest from Batman: Arkham Knight, where you are tasked to reach professor Pyg and apprehend him for the murders he committed all over Gotham. Also note this video was recorded while playing on new game plus.

In order to reach Pyg, you must find the six corpses of his victims around the three main islands of Gotham and then scan each for clues about their identities. Like the other Most wanted missions, The perfect crime can't be tracked on the map but at the very least its locations are the easiest to find out of all the side quests, since each victim location is announced by loud opera music. Therefore there is a high chance you may just stumble upon the victims by just exploring Gotham long enough.
It's also worth mentioning that, while you can scan all the six victims very early in the game if you know where to look, in order to face Pyg you'll need the Batmobile: this means that you can end the mission only after you freed Founders' Island from the Arkham Knight forces. This happens a bit late during the main story, so you may want to take on The perfect crime only after that point.
The boss fight against professor Pyg is a pure combat challenge. Pyg's dollotrons can be defeated only by performing a ground takedown or a special instant takedown move. After beating some dollotrons, Pyg himself will join the fight along with a pack of yet more dollotrons. Your task here is to defeat all of them while dodging Pyg's attacks: if you try to approach the boss he will just move around the operating table. Pyg will also hurl several knives at once at Batman: by pressing the counter buttons against each you can throw one at Pyg and stun him for a bit.
After taking care of all the dollotrons, you can approach Pyg and use an environmental takedown on him to defeat him. After that you'll have to lower the hostages' cages and then bring Pyg to the Batmobile and take him to the GCPD building. After you apprehended him you can come back later to hear some lines from him and he will even interact with some other villains you can arrest during the game
