This is a pair of glitches that I found playing Mad Hatter's Season of Infamy Most Wanted. If you are playing NG+ from the very beginning you will lose the Remote Hacking Device until you reach Stagg's Airships. The second one is the controls for defusing the bombs. They tend to get stuck in one place as you try to get the line on the warning dots.
