Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate is a 2013 2.5D action video game developed by Armature Studio and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita and was later released for the same platforms as Batman: Arkham Origins via digital download, however it was delisted in 2022. Chronology-wise, this story is placed second in series and followed by the events of Batgirl: A Matter of Family.

Three months after the Blackgate riots, the majority of Gotham City's most notorious thugs have been locked up. Unfortunately, a breakout at Blackgate Prison has occurred. Batman, at the request of Captain James Gordon, decides to investigate. He soon realizes that a full-scale breakout has resulted in Blackgate's staff being held hostage by convicts.
