Rat QTE skip can be done by holding forward and sprint while failing the QTE (you need to wait for it to fail, pressing a wrong button doesn't work). After exiting the pipe just move your mouse to crawl towards the door and after the game starts saving, load the last checkpoint.

I'm not actually sure if this saves any time. All my tries without this skip were 1-2 seconds faster but I failed the rest of the level. It is also risky to do this since if you fail you need to start from the beginning, losing you a minute in a full game run.
