I think this is the first time we've run into the jungle biome in this run (at least, in a mission interesting enough to upload). Honestly, treat it like highlands and you won't see much difference, except for layout of the maps themselves. The only really new thing is the spore cloud terrain. Do *not* stand in spore clouds, as you'll take bonus damage, but you can run through them quickly to make yourself harder to hit.
