in my arcade game technician travels, I know of 4 different arcades that have Battletoads, which is incredible and significant based on the fact the game didn't get a wide release. this fact is actually disappointing, because this is Battletoads in its truest element where it's a more straightforward beat em up as opposed to the NES game which was pure aggravation. it's also the first Rare game to incorporate ACM graphics, which became industry-leading prominent with Killer Instinct and Donkey Kong Country following later in 1994. speaking of which, I think you can hear some hints of DKC in David Wise's music...
