After beating Chapter 1 of this game, the Chapter Select screen will finally reveal that the one throwing darts in that room is Viola. Somehow or another, she got one, likely after this whole Singularity business got done with.

As I said in the Chapter 1 video, there are now three Umbran Tears of Blood to collect. Alongside a crow, you will also have to chase down a black cat and listen for a toad.
Once you have all three Umbran Tears, you unlock a Phenomenal Remnant, which is an extra mission within its corresponding Chapter that puts you through an additional challenge to get more goodies. Anything from Witch Hearts to Moon Pearls, to even new earring Accessories.
The Phenomenal Remnant challenges will vary by Chapter, too. This first one has you collect 5 fragments under a time limit. The catch is that one of these fragments will always force you into a battle. So you have to hurry and win this fight so you can get the fragment the enemy was keeping away from you. Whether you go through this battle first, in the middle, or as your last task is entirely up to you.
Phenomenal Remnant 1's prize is the Pulley's Butterfly Accessory, where you can have Bayonetta and spend magic to summon a shield of butterflies to protect her.
