0Remember that The Wily Wars is actually comprised of three games: Remakes of the first three Mega Man games in on NES.
This "Part 11" is the "Part 1" of the "Mega Man 2" portion of this entire game.

After Mega Man saved the world from Dr. Wily and the 6 Robot Masters he stole and reprogrammed from Dr. Light, Wily decided that he needed to make some Robot Masters of his own to get even with Light... and made 8 of them.
Mega Man was called back into action to deal with these 8 brand new Robot Masters and teach Wily another lesson!

The Sega Genesis version of this game does not have any difficulty options. The one you do have is "Difficult" in the NES version.
I start out with Bubble Man's stage, just like I did before. You will jump over platforms amid huge waterfalls, and then trek underwater to deal with robotic frogs, angler fish, and deadly spikes.
When you eventually reach Bubble Man, it will also be underwater, because truth is he's completely incapable of moving on land. Watch your jumps fighting him, because there will be spikes above you. I won't have his weakness on me, either. So I have to chip him down slowly.
Defeat Bubble Man, and you will get his weapon: Bubble Lead.
