A GDC talk by Atsushi Inaba, founder and producer of PlatinumGames on design principles of the studio’s action games. Although he has no involvement on Bayo 1, (he’s one of the producer of Bayo 2) this talk gives you insights on how they build their critically acclaimed action titles. After playing Bayo 1, I watched it and found it very informative. I’m glad some of my point of the game reflects what Inaba-san had shared here. Highly recommend you to check it out.
