Minor updates, finally all vehicles can have openable latches. Great update.

I also noticed how traffic AIs are able to perform 3-point turns now a bit better then before. Maybe they'll bring back those angry traffic that try to turn in another direction if they get stuck in a blocked road in front of them and they try to do a 2-point or 3-point turns around and drive in the other directions without crashing?

T-series doesn't have openable latches for some reasons, maybe there'll be updates in future for that vehicle?
