Have you ever wanted to drive an ambulance hard in a simulator? Because you can do that in BeamNG. If there was an accident at the port construction site on Jungle Rock Island, could you make it there in under 5 minutes? The route seemed like a good test for the H45 Ambulance, so I decided to switch to it on the Heavy Machinery Delivery scenario and see if it could run the same route a full minute and 20 seconds faster than the cement truck's time.

I made it nighttime for some different scenery and a little more challenge, making the scenario scarier in the higher speed sections and blind turns with only the high beams helping you cut through the dark night. It's cool to finally be able to not lag during night driving with the GTX 1060.

I used a Logitech G27 with H-pattern shifter/flappy paddles and 900 degrees of rotation. The little steering wheel indicator during each scenario is 100% accurate. I had a surprisingly easier time with the ambulance than I expected. I wasn't exactly throwing it over hard bumps recklessly, but even still it never once threatened to rollover despite steering as hard as the tires could handle. Only trouble I had is that the brakes seemed underwhelming on dirt Final time was 4'51.162. Fairly respectable for a 4+ ton square on a heavy duty variant of a van chassis and well clear of my goal.

PS, siren sounds were added in by myself in editing. Also, the partial experimental replays can sometimes do some pretty interesting things, so I decided to leave the crazy glitching in for once just to show off their madness.
