From Me: Since the baseline steam description doesn't really help, here's a quick summary: RS:S is a shooter - but it's not like other shooters. There are two sides, the attackers and defenders, each trying to complete an objective or eliminate the opposition. There is permadeath, so teamwork and strategy is necessary to complete a successful infiltration or defense. There is also a variety of characters, each with their own unique abilities that provide new strategic elements for the team. When playing PvP, Siege is a thrilling experience with plenty of tense and exciting moments! When playing Terrorist Hunt (vs Bots), it's a bit less exciting... but WAY more funny!

Intense close quarters confrontations, high lethality, tactics, team play, and explosive action are at the center of the experience.
