Pixar Studios nearly single-handedly changed the landscape of animation. Over the course of a decade beginning with Toy Story, the studio created an catalog of films that were unparalled, in terms innovation and cinematic quality. For a time the public face of the company time, John Lasseter was considered the new Walt Disney, and projected an image of perfection and infallability.

Of course, Pixar would not to be 100% bulletproof. Their track record, however, still speaks for itself against a great scrutiny. In this video we will look back at the history of Pixar, from it's humble beginnings to the front runner of computer animation in the film industry, through today, including a look behind curtain of its family friendly visage that Pixar along with Disney, their proprieters, operate under.
