5After absolutely failing to make a Powder Mantle build we're back at it with a proper one! How the Powder Mantle skill works is that there is a hit counter that must be met for the skill to actually activate. And instead of my prior thinking of 1 shot would mean 1 hit, example 1 normal shot would be 1 hit and the proccs of 1 pierce shot would be say 0.2 hits to make 1 shot be 1, it actually just works that every procc of damage no matter how much adds 1 to the counter. So that means we want a multi-proccing shot type to get more Powder Mantles. And the best candidate for that might be piercing ammo so let's show off our first pierce build!
