To perform a firmware update of the Behringer X Touch One Universal Control Surface third party software is needed, which strangely enough is not included in the Behringer firmware update zip file.

For an update on a Windows PC the app MIDI OX is advised. The video shows in detail all the steps needed to perform a firmware update.
