Notes: Thx FrostedGeulleisia for this, which was reported on July 21, 2021 on the "Glitch City Research Institute" Discord. ^^ We're not sure if this is the only location it can occur yet, and it was previously tested in just this particular spot.


Basically some rendering for trading/receiving a Mystery Gift may be disabled or glitched in the Glimwood Tangle. In both our cases, some of the particle effects disappeared, as did most of the top Poké Ball hologram (for the player 1 sent Pokémon; Impidimp in my case).



(I might try this naming convention for some glitches from now on, as titles are more descriptive than e.g. "Glimwood Tangle glitch"; a similar style is used in the notes of the Pokémon disassembly projects)
