Removing move 00 ('CoolTrainer♀' move) after acquiring it without trading or ACE (Generation I)

This also works in Yellow, but you need a different method to get move 00 and other moves, as the swapping transform moves glitch is Red/Blue only (e.g. glitch Pokémon, trading and arbitrary code execution). It's actually not safe to do this in Red/Blue outside of Diglett's Cave, however sometimes (like in this video, CoolTrainer effect won't activate).
To remove move 00,
1. In battle, send out your move 00 Pokémon.
2. In battle, view the status of a Pokémon with more than 1 move.
3. Go to fight, now you'll be able to scroll down past move 00 to swap it back up. Afterwards you can bring up the moves beyond it (such as Ditto's original Transform).
