In terms of SMW hack controls, there's Sailor V's awful controls where you can't control your jumps (like Castlevania 3 unless you play Grant) and a lot of enemies are on the ground that you can't crouch or aim down to kill, then there's Super Mario Sugar Rush, a joke hack which was horrible, but then I found this one level from Hakurei Adventure Mission 2... words fail.
