BEST RTS Game of 2023 | Company of Heroes 3 REVIEW
7RTS/Real Time Strategy games have been kind of stale lately and there hasn't been a new contender in the market for a very long time. Company of Heroes was at one point the new kid on the block looking to make an impact and become a mainstay franchise. After being away for many years, I am glad to say that Company of Heroes 3 is back and looking to make a mark amongst the various PC games of 2023 but is it able to compete with existing RTS games? How does the gameplay stack up and is there enough replayability to have players invested? Is this the best rts game of 2023? Finally, is this game going to bring in new fans and propel it back to being one of the best strategy games of all time?
For this Company of Heroes 3 Game Review, I have played a number of hours in the Italian and Operations Campaign, and have lost miserably in a couple of online games. The Company of Heroes 3 Campaign can be finished in around 30 to 40 hours depending on your play style. The Company of Heroes 3 Gameplay in the campaign has a few bugs which should hopefully be ironed out in the near future.
Note: I switched up the audio devices I typically use which is why my voice sounds a little weirder than normal. All PC Gameplay was captured by me on a PC with a Ryzen 7 7700X and an RTX 4090.
