Atalui's Bloodletting Support Gem dropped at the boss of the Anomaly Map the Sealed Vault, which requires an Idol of Estazunti that drops from the last enemy in a connected map in the Endgame Atlas.

This lineage support gem's effect is as follows:
1. skill mana costs converted to life costs
2. Supported Skills Gain 2% of Damage as extra Physical Damage per 10 life cost.

I hit one of the jackpot Lineage support gem - Atalui's Bloodletting. Currently worth 7 divine on the marketplace. On bosses, you can swap out Ancestral Call for Brutality III support gems for close to 25k bleeding per second! I do have 120% increased magnitude of damaging ailments from my gloves & belt, 4+ attack level on my spear, +2 melee skills on my amulet. This build also features 3 rage per hit.
