Purpose of this shite?
-------------------------------------------------------------
The entire point of uploading this untouched Nvidia Shadowplay file is to compare it to an exact duplicate which I specifically used the Nvidia NVENC video codec to render as an exact duplicate simply to judge any perceived lack in final video quality and especially the impact made on the final file size.
I have already completed this re render and have uploaded it here on YouTube as a relative example of how one might use Nvidia Shadowplay to initially capture in-game footage and then render the same file down to a considerably smaller sized .MP4 file to ultimately upload to Youtube. Not only does this VASTLY effect the speed at which one might upload this final version to YouTube but due to the much smaller size? The necessary processing once received by YouTube takes much less time to complete. Simple math.
In the final analysis, this original 26gb .MP4 file was rendered via the Nvidia NVENC code down toa much smaller 8gb file while (to my aged eyes anyway) still retaining ~95% of the original Shadowplay 26gb file/upload.
Also, the entire point of this 30 minute high resolution/high quality capture was to see if I could render the same behemoth file down to a more manageable size for uploading to YouTube while still retaining the same basic quality of the original.
