Just pick one or two orbs, and choose an attack associated with that orb.

Advice 1: Orbs that give you a higher attack stat should be used with the physical attack that comes with the orb. Orbs that give you a higher special stat should be used with the special attack that comes with the orb.

Example: I suggest that if you take the Ground Orb, that you use Earthquake, not Earth Power. And if you take the Psychic Orb, I suggest you use Psychic, not Zen Headbutt.

Advice 2: Orbs that give you a high speed stat will allow yourself to move earlier. But orbs that give you high defense stats will help you last longer in battle.
