I got a chance to attend the Big Bite Bacon Fest held at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, which had different chefs and shops show off their unique twists to the best food in the world Bacon.

With almost a thousand people in attendance in the two and a half hour long event, it proves bacon just about goes with anything.
