This is just under 2 seconds slower than the quick kill that uses just a headbutt and boot, but it is WAY more reliable. The other method is at-best a 1-frame window, but usually is impossible based on when you hit Blag. With this method, I had a few more frames to do this. It requires hitting those three really short dash jumps though.
