I fought Dark Sandy to make sure Rikku would always take 99999 damage, but I currently don't have access to Penance and I haven't fought him in years, so I don't know if he would be a better choice. Skip to 7:00 if you don't want to watch the battle.

Note: If you get AP for every time you defeat Penance's hands, you can probably get an infinite amount of AP that is probably capped or overflows at 4.294.967.296.
