In this video I have the absolute pleasure of sitting down with the creators of the awesome upcoming metroidvania game - Biogun! Biogun is a super slick, retro inspired metroidvania, which draws inspiration from Metroid itself alongside some of the more recent metroidvania games such as Hollow Knight, which have been so influential in the last few years.
Whilst Bio-gun draws some sweet inspiration, it also brings a ton of fresh ideas to the table, including its incredibly unique premise, that of which you play as a vaccine, created from pig DNA and have been sent inside a dogs body to save his life from the destructive dooper virus.
Biogun is packed full of awesome metroidvania aspects, such lots of awesome bosses to take down, lots of areas to explore, 80+ enemy types to take down, and many different abilities to unlock, which having tried out the demo I can confirm are an absolute blast to experience.
