Bioshock 2 - Through a Little Sister's eyes

This video features a particular sequence in Bioshock 2 in the Outer Persephone area where Subject Delta is incapacitated by the main villain, Sophia Lamb, and his little sister Eleanor Lamb sends a single sister through the prison to collect ADAM and a full big sister suit.
This sequence is the main beef of the Outer Persephone level and doesn't feature any combat or danger whatsoever: you are controlling a defenseless little sister as she goes around the area and collect stuff and then you can return back to Eleanor and resume the game as Subject Delta. The level is also filled with many easter eggs that help to better understand the details of the little sisters conditioning.
The sequence also marks the point in the game where your moral decisions in the past levels (namely, how you dealt with the little sisters and if you spared or not the important NPCs you came across) start to make an impact and determine what kind of ending are you going to get. First, walking around the area you can spot special statues that portray some events from the previous levels and will change depending on your choices (for instance, if you spared Alexander the Great in Fontaine Futuristics you'll get a statue depicting Subject Delta pulling out a man from a sea monster, while if you killed him you'll see Subject Dealt choking the monster to death). Second, you'll discover that your morality through the game has effected Eleanor and she will threat the little sister much like how you did for the past hours or so: depending on your choices she may either be convinced that they deserve salvation and set herself to save them or come to the conclusion that they should be consumed to feel her power and achieve her destiny. You can guess which is which for you by the speech Eleanor gives you towards the end of the sequence and what she does with the little sister you just controlled
