Bioshock Infinite - How to Activate Slate's Unused Boss Fight
3A quick video on how you can activate Slate's unused boss fight without cheats in Infinite. This is what I think is a very interesting bug. I also noticed that sometimes his eyepatch will disappear after using Devil's Kiss or the RPG.
Also keep in mind if anyone else has demonstrated this before, forgive me! I purely just found this out of my own playthrough and I'm not claiming to be the only one to have found this.

I think I struck Slate as he was throwing a trap, which might have caused the softlock.
Slate can be knocked off the edge using Bull Rush.
Slate can move quite quickly.
Slate has an extremely short stun duration for MoC and Bucking Bronco. Devil's kiss can be used on him and his traps. He is immune to Possession. Electric Touch/Punch will have the same stun duration, and I believe the melee vulnerable gear piece does as well, though I'm not sure.
Slate will move around the player or enemies if they are in his way.
You can hear Slate using his unused voicelines, even sometimes in regular gameplay while he's running behind the gate, or to the balcony.
