In 1960, the protagonist, Jack, is a passenger on a plane that crashes in the Atlantic Ocean. The only survivor, Jack makes his way to a nearby lighthouse; inside is a bathysphere that takes him to Rapture. Jack is contacted via radio by Atlas, who helps guide him through the ruined city.
Bioshock is considered to be one of the greatest video games ever made and I agree. I still vividly remember the first time I played this and saw the opening sequence and how much in awe I was.
This game is playable on Series consoles via backwards compatibility but a remastered version called: The BioShock Collection is native for Xbox One and Series X/S consoles.
