Anyways the major changes this patch are the CC changes. Now only the first hit of a CC skill applies the CC itself which means resistances actually work now. Before you needed to resist each individual hit of the skill (Often 6-11 hits) which meant that even at 60% resistance you would still be CC'd most of the time.

Together with this change they are nerfing evasion and applying it only to the damage portion of skills.
