No page on Speedrun.com and the only other speedrun I found was by the Youtuber Svipur, with a time of 7:03, so possibly the world record.

Quite RNG heavy run about life management (the mushroom things can just decide if your run will end then and there). Still a lot can be improved, especially the final boss fight.
A very easy game to speedrun and optimize.

Timer starts when you gain control of the character. Timer ends on dealing the final blow to the final boss.
