Since this Black Mirror gameplay and we are playing the 2017 reboot. This is the games first hour edited to 35 minutes. Which is the tragic story of the Gordon family. So now, the games new chapter releases from KING Art Games and THQ Nordic.

So in case you do not know, Black Mirror is a modern re-imagining. Which bring the acclaimed gothic-horror adventure game into 2017. Since this means a jump scare as we follow protagonist, David Gordon. Who must deal with the mysteries of Black Mirror castle. While trying to find out if there is an ongoing curse on his family.

So, as you might imagine. There is a great deal of exploration and creeping about. The games also a new release for we are playing on our Ubuntu Linux PC. Which means the gameplay still applies to Mac and Windows as well. So enjoy the first hour of Black Mirror. Because there are some spoilers here. Actually there quite a few technically. While we edited out a few of the long pauses between scenes, there are still plenty of spoilers.

Like in the original graphic adventure trilogy. At the heard of the gothic horror genre is a unique atmosphere of madness. So this brings about a great deal of psychological distress. Which remains at the heart of Black Mirror in this reboot.

The point-and-click style of the original trilogy served as the basis. So now this gameplay focuses on close-up investigation and interaction with nightmarish visions. Since this is what plagues the protagonist. Which means a jump scare or two.

Also, Black Mirror is a new turn for the 2017 release. The games also very playable on our Ubuntu Linux PC. Yet works nicely on Windows and Mac. So there are no major issues. The one thing that we will point out are the load times. Since this is common when changing scenes. And the only real drawback we encountered.
