Sundered Gameplay and Let's Play Beta walkthrough is done on a Linux PC. Hence this let's play is a true metroidvania style roguelike created by Thunder Lotus. The very same developers that created the famed action adventure Jotun. Sundered is the follow title. So this Beta gameplay or playthrough presents some aspect of the Kickstarter. And only the first region of the game. Since there will be three regions in the final build. All of the features are included in this playthrough, even though some aspects are still rough.

Since the whole idea is to escape the underground caverns in the Sundered Beta walkthrough. While the player kills enemies trying to attack then collecting shards. And since these shards can be available to upgrade your skillset. There is a fair bit of hand-holding which you can see in the video above. Hence a generic initial upgrade system to help the player get a feel for the playstyle. And since Sundered is unique, there's still a bit of learning yet to come.

So the first major aspect of the Sundered Beta gameplay are the mechanics. Since I have to point that this heavily influences the main character Eshe's animations. So yes, the character mechanics in this let's play produce a slight bit of lag. Followed by the games lag itself, which seems to crop up a couple of times in the walkthrough. This becomes obvious in the second half of gaming in this let's play. Since it's just the title running and OBS using NVENC to record. So there is nothing else to interfere for any lag. Therefore we guess this can be somewhat expected since it's the Sundered Beta.

While we will not issue a review score for the Sundered Beta. Therefore everything you see in this let's play video is just straight gameplay. Yet there are a few details that we want to cover. Naturally the release will be available on Linux, Mac and Windows PC sometime in July 2017. So this just us giving everyone a first look into the result of the Kickstarter campaign back in January.
