The 5th part of my Blackwell Convergence LP. In this part Rosa and Joey head to the Roosevelt Island Lighthouse again and discover an old guy with a mug the mug says Gold Tech on it. Rosa puts Gold tech into her computer which tells them about a murder of someone named John Goldwater who was a chief researcher at Gold Tech his body was found at the Roosevelt Island Lighthouse. His father Martin Goldwater stands vigil at the scene of the crime ever since. Rosa and Joey head back to talk to Martin and discover that he believes someone from Lazarus Technology killed his son but can't prove it. Rosa heads back to her apartment and looks up Lazarus Technology and calls the number and discovers they are funded by the Meltzer Foundation hmm three companies that got tons of money after someone died and all of the people died the same way yeah pretty sure it isn't a coincidence. Rosa and Joey head back to the Meltzer Foundation and confront the Meltzer brothers with the new information. They demand that Rosa leaves but Joey decides to eavesdrop afterwards. Thanks to him doing that I get Charles' email password and discover in his email not much except a list of names which all have been killed by The Countess Joey says we should head over there and confront them but then a new name appears on the list Rosa's. Yep clearly Charles is linked to The Countess and telling her who to kill that is pretty much confirmed when she appears and tries to kill Rosa. Rosa gets The Countess to stop when she shows her a picture of Aunt Lauren. The Countess sends them to the portal leading to the afterlife and says they are safe now. Then that strange woman shows up again she says her name is Madeline and says she used to be The Countess's spirit guide but she broke her link with her. Rosa offers to help The Countess move on and is sent to some weird diner sitting on a rock in the middle of the void. In this diner she encounters Joseph Mitchell and Joe Gould.
