Blade of Blackpoole (http://mocagh.org/loadpage.php?getgame=blackpoole) was a graphics adventure game published by Sirius software in 1982 for the Apple ][. The player is on a quest to recover the stolen magical sword MYRAGLYM and return it back to the altar. Like Gruds in Space (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZcoI8x3als), the player will encounter the Sirius mascot in this game.
