The player needs to capture all flags on the road without getting hit by other cars. After level 6, the level start repeating, but passing through the same flag twice will cause it to be unchecked again.

The # of lives is stored at address 0x1B. Changing "D6 1B" to "EA EA" gives you unlimited lives.
