About the 100% Completion Walkthrough:
➔ I made this 100% Completion Walkthrough for Blasphemous, the timestamps are below with the location of every item I found in the respective video. I'd like to apologize first, because sometimes I check the map too often, I tried to go as fast as possible for the sake of the videos but the run is not "optimized" (with all the backtracking and stuff).

➔ For the 100% Completion you need the following:
31 Rosary Beads
6 Rosary Bead Knot Slots
7 Relics
9 Mea Culpa Hearts
13 Prayers
All Mea Culpa Upgrades
44 Collectibles
7 Conffesor Statue (Mostly for Ending A but it also gives you 3 Rosary Beads and 1 Mea Culpa Heart)
38 Childrens of Light
8 Vile Vessels Upgrades
6 Health Upgrades
6 Fervour Upgrades

➔ The 100% Walkthrough is completed, just need to upload the videos and add the timestamps, so please be patient, I'll try to get all the videos up by monday.
➔ The game has 45 Achievements (46 trophies on PS4 because of the Platinum), you'll get 42 with my Walkthrough. You won't get the next achievements:
• Crossing Souls
• Requiem Aeternam (you can try to get it, for the sake of the videos I didn't go for it)
• Bronze Medal (Actually I'm not sure if I went fast enough for this, don't remember, I'll edit it later in case I got in time for it)

Weight of True Guilt - 3:20 (For Ending A, it's the Bead Tainted by Guilt, if you died while you have it equipped, it'll transform into this).
You need this Bead to break Conffesor Statues and enter the Arena Challenges - Also it'll give you Detestatio Sacrorum Achievement/Trophy

Quick note about this fight *Updated Thank you Fernando Turi for sharing this info in the comments :). Even if you miss this fight (because you died) you still can get the Rosary Bead later in the game if you return to this place, probably after you beat her brother on the Bridge (just a theory).
Also, if you've followed my Walkthrough your chances of dying here is about 0% because of your damage output, health upgrades and amount of flasks.
