16Zeus presents Blast Off (aka Bosconian II) for the Arcade, a true classic from the golden era of arcade gaming which must not be forgotten alongside the software house and all programmers that were involved in making this game.
Year of release: 1989
Eight years after the original game we finally got a sequel in the arcades, it was a long time coming!
This time round the game is set as a vertical shmup unlike It's 8-way prequel which for some will find that more enjoyable as 8-way shooters were never on the same popularity height as horizantal or vertical shmups.
Good frantic action, nice tunes, lots of levels and good controls making this a very enjoayble game, oh yes and the in-game speech is back which in this case is bloody annoying,...CONDITION RED! CONDITION RED!
I have used the invincibilty cheat so I could upload the entire game for your viewing pleasure.
