BlazBlue Central Fiction ~ The Not-So-Good, The Bad & The Fugly

I wanted so badly for this to be the BlazBlue to attract the right kind of attention. The type of gaming experience that respects learned skill, and has a fair platform with which to present said player skill. There's a lot wrong with it though. The gameplay itself is hindered by bad character design, a juggling/combo element that prevents basic recovery (evasive rolls, wake-ups ...), and the inability for a player to figure out who is using the Stylish or Technical play styles.
Not only that, but the previously disclosed EULA protects those who financially harm the series/franchise. It keeps legit gamers like me from going in-game on the in-game forums to warn other players about online abusers. We can't call out the modders, the lagswitchers, or even the hackers (yes, I've been hacked completely out of the game). I personally believe that Aksys Games believes these types of gamers are the paying players. Time has shown though that most PS3 players have modded their consoles, and play pirated versions of recently released games. Not only do the PS3 players do that sort of thing, but they also use mods in the form of things like CronusMAX/CronusMAX PLUS, or $25 controllers you can by from Gamestop that have single programmable buttons with which you can apply full combos.
Speaking of which the newly applied damage drop off of Stylish combos which I would normally praise has become yet another thorn in the side of gamers in that the single button combo abusers can now play stylishly, and do normal Technical damage without penalty. This isn't fair. The proof is in the pudding though. The devil is in the details. Do check out the following links if you desire proof.
