While she is worrying about Ichigo and Chad, Orihime is confronted by two people who appear to be responsible for the attack on Uryu. Chad senses from Orihime's Spiritual Pressure that she is in danger. Hearing this, Ichigo rushes with him to Orihime's house. The only information that Chad can tell from Orihime's Spiritual Pressure is that she is in danger. He and Ichigo impatiently rush to her aid. Orihime squares off against Tsukishima, but she is unsure how to fight an opponent she can't read.
