It's Hanataro Yamada! ...wait, seriously? Hanataro is the joke character of this game, and he's got to fight somebody like THAT?! That's just not fair to the poor guy, y'know? ...and he JUST said "I hate dying!" before we got underway. It's bad enough he had to get thrashed by Kisuke Urahara, you know?

Anyway, about Hanataro's zanpakuto, Hisagomaru actually heals injuries instead of causing them...so you can understand why things are somewhat set against him when fighting...well, anybody who can cause damage with their primary form of attack. So I guess fighting somebody like Aizen is complete overkill.

That said, Hanataro still has some means of inflicting damage. He can use his special attacks, as two of them don't use his sword at all and one of them hits more times with his off hand than his sword hand. You can also inflict damage if you get into a Critical weapon clash, but this creates the danger of accidentally hitting the enemy instead of striking one of their Critical attacks, which will heal them.

You may notice that Hanataro's gauge at the bottom of the screen looks different from everybody else's. That's because it's the gauge that appears on Hanataro's sword, enabling its shikai transformation into Akeiro Hisagomaru, a tiny scalpel capable of grievous injuries and a wicked strong shockwave attack. In this state, Hanataro actually gets a cinematic attack as well. Neither of these new attacks are ones to be scoffed at, but actually getting that far is half the battle. The other problem is that you're not likely to finish off an entire life bar during the time you are in released state...so you'll probably have to rely on whatever damage you can inflict whilst getting the gauge filled up. No mean task when most characters can kill without needing to fill up their gauges, whereas Hanataro typically MUST fill his if he wants to have a decent shot at winning.

The rest is up to Hanataro to try to beat a seasoned captain-class soul reaper. The fact that most characters will encounter a certain level of difficulty fighting somebody like Sosuke Aizen is another matter entirely.
