This is the final boss of America's 10 Most Wanted, played on the European PC version. This game was also released in the US as Fugitive Hunter: War on Terror (PS2).

Taking inspiration from zallard1's blindfolded Punch-Out runs, I challenged and defeated Bin Laden in hand to hand combat while wearing a blindfold.
