HOW TO GET THE GOOD ENDING GUIDE

-TO START, you need to gain access to the HALL OF TERMINATION; the game is fairly straightforward up to this point.

-1st: Head to the CATHEDRAL and go into the BELL TOWER that's to the LEFT of the FAST TRAVEL ROOM. This one has mirrors you can use the REFLECTOR RAY on. You cannot gain access to the HALL OF TERMINATION without first having the reflector ray, so I'm not going to get into that, but just remember that getting the reflector ray requires that you solve the TRAIN STATION and finish the ALCHEMY LAB from there.

-Continue through the upper part of the CATHEDRAL until you get to the BOSS, BLOODLESS. This is one of the tougher bosses in the game, and even though you might think there's a trick to it, there really isn't, she just HEALS halfway through the fight. Beat her again and she'll go down for good.

-Beating her earns you the BLOOD STEAL shard, which can absorb blood from enemies. Isn't there another spot with a lot of blood somewhere in the castle?

-Use BLOOD STEAL in the blood fountain room in the ENTRANCE. This room can be found near the entrance to the GARDEN OF SILENCE. Head down the now opened pathway to reach an alternate entrance to the FORBIDDEN UNDERGROUND WATERWAY.

-Travel through this section until you find a room with water that's connected to a hallway which is then connected to a FAST TRAVEL ROOM. This water filled room is the place where you need to kill a specific type of enemy: DEESEAMA, a squid looking guy like the enemies from the beginning. Kill them until you get the AQUA STREAM shard, this allows you to travel underwater.

It's not as good as being able to WALK THROUGH WATER, but it's all you've got for now, so use it to progress further.

-Continue to explore the FORBIDDEN UNDERGROUND WATERWAY until you pass through a room with retracting spike traps, that means you're on the right track. Keep going on that path to reach the HIDDEN DESERT.

-This isn't a large area, so just travel through it until you get to the boss room. This time you'll have to fight ALFRED. Beating him allows you to access the room that was blocked in the elevator shaft. Go in there to get the DEEP SINKER, which you'll need to continue.

-Return to the FORBIDDEN UNDERGROUND WATERWAY and find a hallway that requires the REFLECTOR RAY to pass through. Now that you've got DEEP SINKER, you can actually cast REFLECTOR RAY and get through. That's the path you need to go on.

-Keep going until you get to the SECRET SORCERY LAB. This is more of a plot important area, and there's a boss here, but you don't get any movement powers here.

-Beat the DOPPLEGANGER and continue on the path until you reach the INFERNO CAVE. This area is tough so be cautious.

-Kill Orobus to get the INVERT shard. This movement power pretty much gives you free roam of the castle, but you're not gonna be able to continue without a specific item.

-The next direction you need to go in is past the SPIKE HALLWAY in the first room of the ENTRANCE, the really tall room that's the first one you see when you enter the castle.

-The item that protects from spikes: Aegis Plate - It's found in the TOWER OF TWIN DRAGONS, the RIGHT TOWER, specifically. Enter the large open tower area from the bottom and fall all the way up. That's where the AEGIS PLATE is.

-Now equip the AEGIS PLATE and return to the ENTRANCE where the spike hallway is. Pass through it to get to the ORIENTAL SORCERY LAB.

-Get through the lab and face the boss: Zangetsu ROUND 2!

-When you beat him, he gives you his sword: the ZANGETSUTO. This is what you need to break Gremory's control over Gebel.

-The sword is described as the MOON SUNDERER; that's your clue for what to do when fighting GEBEL!

-Return to the HALL OF TERMINATION and fight GEBEL. To break Gremory's spell, you must equip the ZANGETSUTO and ATTACK THE MOON when it turns red. The moon only turns red after you've done some damage to GEBEL, you fight him for awhile, but don't be too aggressive. You can kill him by mistake and get the bad ending.

-Gremory got away, so there's still ONE THING left to do before you can head into the ENDGAME. You need to find GREMORY! Remember any rooms with blood red moons?

-Return to the GARDEN OF SILENCE and go into the hallway with the large RED MOON. Slash it with the ZANGETSUTO equipped to break GREMORY'S illusion. From here you're in the ENDGAME, it's all a straight shot going forward. This list section is tough, so take your time, level up, get better equipment, do what you have to do and finish the game with the GOOD ENDING!
